Excellent stay
comfy beds clean rooms great view array of snacks
The beds were super comfy and the rooms were very clean. I could see the tower from my room, a great view. Staff were attentive and ensured i had everything i needed. They provided an array of snacks from the bar including pizza.
pillows were quite hard

The staff was friendly and helpful making the stay pleasant. The manager provided gluten-free toast after purchasing gluten-free loaf from the shops. This thoughtful gesture contributed to a very positive experience.

The rooms were recently renovated and looked fresh. Sheets were crisp and clean and bathrooms were freshly bleached. The room had a warm and cute vibe adding to the experience.

insufficient soundproofing unmanned reception
The location was convenient to the Winter Gardens and the center of town. The hotel had a lift..
I found the soundproofing between the rooms insufficient. A very noisy couple woke me at 4 a.m. with a loud conversation in a room above. My key cards did not work. The reception was unmanned, and I had to search for someone to resolve the problem..

winter gardens cooked breakfast friendly staff renovated room
the hotel is near the winter gardens , ideal if you are visiting a dance competition. cooked breakfast was particularly enjoyable. i found the staff friendly and helpful. the newly renovated rooms look elegant and fresh.
the blinds did not close well and street light came in.

mixed feelings ABOUT my STAY
faulty shower bed bug stories
the staff was really NICE. breakfast was also served SUPER quickly.
the shower barely WORKED. i heard stories of bed bugs in other rooms, made me ITCHY. i was UNABLE to sleep because of it.
